Join Our Team
At The Center for Creative Healing, we believe therapists do their best work when they are supported by a practice that is organized, ethical, and genuinely collaborative. Our goal is to handle the complex business side of private practice—insurance billing, compliance, systems, and operations—so our clinicians can focus on what matters most: helping clients heal through meaningful, creative therapy.
We are a team of compassionate, growth-oriented clinicians who value authenticity, collaboration, and professional integrity. Our culture is heart-centered and team-focused, where therapists are encouraged to bring their authentic selves, engage in their own personal growth, and support one another as colleagues.
We are a W2 group practice designed for therapists who want the stability of employment with the autonomy and creativity of private practice. We’re looking for creative therapists who want to do more than just fit into a culture — but actively help shape it.
