Jillian is an art therapist and LPC who helps children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges through creative expression and a supportive therapeutic relationship. She believes everyone has the ability to heal and empowers clients to take control of their journey through solution-focused treatment.
Jillian has experience providing therapy in hospitals, schools, and behavioral health facilities. She customizes treatment to each person’s unique needs, often incorporating mindfulness, movement, eco-art therapy, and play therapy techniques.
Jillian works with clients ages 6 and up, specializing in anxiety, depression, life stressors, learning differences, and trauma recovery.
