Anna leads The Center for Creative Healing and has been supporting people through music therapy and counseling for over 20 years. She specializes in working with professional women navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional disconnection, and complex trauma. While she is not accepting new clients, she offers workshops, speaking engagements, and consulting.

Anna earned her degrees in Music Therapy and Music Education from East Carolina University, then completed her master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her career includes 13 years of providing music therapy and crisis stabilization for detained teens, growing a thriving creative therapy practice, and consulting for schools. She also coaches business owners and leads workshops on social-emotional learning, burnout prevention, and creative wellness.

For the past five years, Anna has served on the Music Therapy Advisory Board, appointed by Governor Youngkin, where she supports Virginia’s music therapists.
